Paper Abstract and full paper Submission
Submission Instructions and Guidelines:
Before starting your paper, please read the following instructions and guidelines to ensure that your submission is compliant with LNCS format.
• First authors should be PhD students.
• Prospective authors are invited to submit a short abstract in advance (70 - 150 words), in order to check if the proposed topic fits within the conference scope.
• Abstract submission is done directly in papers submission system, without needing special formation.
• Before you proceed, carefully read the templates and guidelines in the
call for paper page.
• Submitting papers should follow the formatting and paper formatting of conference (see
call for paper). Only papers compliant with LNCS format will be published.
• When preparing your paper, keep these guidelines in mind.
1. Explicitly show how the work contributes to the main theme of the conference.
2. Originality of research: clearly state what is new. The degree of novelty will be one of the major evaluation criteria in the review process. Relate the work to existing previous work in the field.
3. Paper to be authored by the PhD student (who must present it) and the supervisor and possibly other research colleagues.
Submission System
Submission Regular Papers and Thesis Overview Papers are submitted using the EasyChair submission system.
Log in with the username and password you created during your initial submission. You then will be presented with a list of your submitted papers. You may then select to either edit your existing information (address, email address, etc), if needed, and/or resubmit your paper.
Submission of papers and/or creation of accounts is done through EasyChair .
